We generally ship Priority Mail on orders under 3 lbs.
Larger orders are shipped UPS
95% Of orders are processed and shipped next business day.
Holiday times or a when having a sale it may take a little longer.

Please remember your country may charge duty, brokerage or customs fees ect, We are not responsible for any of these fees so please make sure you know the policies before ordering.

1: Flat Rate Envelope Global Priority $14.95
weight limit & size for the flat-rate envelope is 4 pounds. 12.5'' x 9.5''
you may choose this option if your order will fit in a flat rate envelope, example one cricut cartridge
or around 5 cuttlebug dies, embellishment , small items ect
12x12 paper WILL NOT fit in an envelope.You must choose large flat rate box.

2: Regular Flat Rate Box Global Priority $41.95
weight limit & size for the regular flat-rate box is 20 pounds. 11'' x 8.5'' x 5.5''
11-7/8'' x 3-3/8'' x 13-5/8''

3: Large Flat Rate Box Global Priority $52.95
weight limit & size for the large flat-rate box is 20 pounds. 12'' x 12'' x 5.1/2''
12x12 Paper will fit in this option only

Items that don't fit in flat rate boxes like "Cricut Machine" or "Cuddlebug Machines" we will email you the actual price of shipping..

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES :

Your satisfaction is very important to us if we have made
a mistake on your order please contact us and we will take care of it immediately

If you have an item you would like to return it must be in the
original unopened package for refund or exchange.
For obvious reasons books, software & Electronical Items are none returnable.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns not due to our error.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be approved before sending back and must have a copy of the original invoice
All returns must be processed within 10 days of purchase.
