Larger orders are shipped UPS
95% Of orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 buisness days. Holiday times or a when having a sale it may take a little longer. Closed all Holidays

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES :

Your satisfaction is very important to us if we have made a mistake on your order please contact us and we will take care of it immediately

Did you receive an item that is defective or doesn't work call us immediately.
If you have an item you would like to return that is not defective, it must be in the original unopened package for refund or exchange.
For obvious reasons books, Software & Electronical Items are none returnable.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns not due to our error. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be approved before sending back and must have a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be processed within 10 days of purchase.

Because our deals are priced very low, we do not accept returns.
In the event that you receive an item which is defective upon delivery, you may return it within 10 days of receipt of delivery. In order to return a defective product please email or call for return instructions. If however the product becomes defective after delivery or due to normal use we regretfully are unable to authorize a return.

It is nearly impossible to keep the inventory on the web site up to date by minute so sometimes when we actually pull your order from the warehouse we may be out of stock on items, if this is the case we will either call you, or put your item on backorder,
