Did you receive an item that is defective or doesn't work
call us immediately.
If you have an item you would like to return that is not defective, it must
be in the original unopened package for refund or exchange.
For obvious reasons books, Software & Electronical Items are none returnable.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns not due to our
error. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be approved before sending back and must
have a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be processed within 10 days of purchase.
