SHIPPING POLICIES :

We generally ship Priority Mail on orders under 3 lbs.
Larger orders are shipped UPS
95% Of orders are processed and shipped next day if we are running a sale it may take 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping charges: FREE ground over $75.00 within the 48 contiguous states
unless stated otherwise on larger items.
Less than $75.00 is a flat $6.95

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all APO's must be shipped Priority Mail
Shipping rate is $7.95 or actual shipping charges whichever is higher will be added to the order.
Shipping to Canada is $9.95 or ACTUAL shipping charges whichever is higher
We do not ship internationally at this time.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES :

Your satisfaction is very important to us if we have made
a mistake on your order please contact us and we will take care of it immediately

If you have an item you would like to return it must be in the
original unopened package for refund or exchange.
For obvious reasons books and software are none returnable

There is a 15% restocking fee for exchanges or returns not due to our error.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be approved before sending back and must have a copy of the original invoice
All returns must be processed within 10 days of purchase.
